Broken valve handles are not uncommon, but this product gives you the ability to operate a broken handle. Because the T-Cap is a no-dig T-handle replacement, no excavation is required, nor is any concrete or blacktop repair. Additionally, you don't have to wait for mark-out of underground utilities, meaning that emergency repairs can be done promptly.
