About Us
Firsthand experience involving tenants tampering with the water service curb stop is what inspired our owner to invent THE PLUG. After using it himself, he began marketing it to municipal water companies. In 2003, he created the T-Cap, which provides a "no-dig" repair to curb stops with a broken T-handle.
